Billson’s at Beechworth, reached out to their friends at Indigo Vineyard & purchased a few thousand litres of their unfermented shiraz grapes effected by the impact of the bushfires in summer of 19.
Smoke taint is only noticeable post fermentation so the unfermented grapes will be mixed with our vodka & sugar syrup to create a delightful liqueur, stunning pink colour & clean sweet grape juice taste.
